  • Product returns may be made within 30 days of the date of purchase. Before returning any item, please contact us at returns@elleCee.com, stating the order number and description of the product you are returning. We will issue you an RMA number and the address to send the item to
  • You are required to pay for shipping and insurance on the returned items.
  • Insurance coverage must be for full value of return items, as elleCee Jewelry is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments
  • Upon receiving and processing your return, we'll exchange, replace, or credit via original payment method within 1 business day
  • You must make contact with us and return the item to us within 30 days of the date of purchase to receive a refund.
  • Return products must be in original condition and please include all packaging, envelopes, bags, boxes, etc.
