Liability for damage in transit
All carriers are responsible and liable for any damages that occur during transit. If you suspect any damage or shortage was caused during transit, please follow these instructions:

Retain all packing material and shipping cartons until the carrier has made an inspection.
File a claim directly with the carrier within 15 days. elleCee cannot file a claim for you.
Returns
Product returns may be made within 30 days of the date of purchase. Before returning any item, please contact us at returns@elleCee.com, stating the order number and description of the product you are returning. We will issue you an RMA number and the address to send the item to
You are required to pay for shipping and insurance on the returned items.
Insurance coverage must be for full value of return items, as elleCee Jewelry is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments
Upon receiving and processing your return, we'll exchange, replace, or credit via original payment method within 1 business day
You must make contact with us and return the item to us within 30 days of the date of purchase to receive a refund.
Return products must be in original condition and please include all packaging, envelopes, bags, boxes, etc.
