Returns

You are required to pay for shipping and insurance on the returned items.
Insurance coverage must be for full value of return items, as elleCee Jewelry is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments
Upon receiving and processing your return, we'll exchange, replace, or credit via original payment method within 1 business day
You must make contact with us and return the item to us within 30 days of the date of purchase to receive a refund.
Return products must be in original condition and please include all packaging, envelopes, bags, boxes, etc.
